Welcome to Cheltenham @ Parliament Day 2017.
Every year we will take 20-25 business and organisations from Cheltenham to the Houses of Parliament to showcase the region with its diversity of skills and talent.
We host an afternoon tea reception in the Members Dining Room which is situated next to the Lobby separating the two Houses.
We will have around 150 attendees at the event including Cabinet Ministers, MP's House of Lords representatives as well as the representatives and guests of the participating organisations.
The event is hosted by Business Forums Ltd who host the Cheltenham Business Forum , connecting businesses and organisations in Cheltenham and promoting Cheltenham as an ideal place to live and work.
Participation costs £500+vat .
There is also an option to attend as an individual. This would be just £25.
There is an opportunity to be an overall event sponsor and have the opportunity to speak at the event and have branding prominently displayed etc...
Each participant can bring 10 attendees inclusive of company representatives and guests.
We produce an event booklet where each participant has a double page spread to tell their 'story and give information about their organisation. We also have some limited display space.
Cost does not include any transportation or accommodation.
