How will Biodiversity Net Gain affect the Property Industry?

There has been much debate recently on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) becoming a mandatory element of the planning process. But how will this affect you? Are you already factoring BNG in your design and planning stages?

In this month’s learning event we hope to shed some light on BNG, explain what BNG is, how it is calculated and why it has increasing importance for the property sector. Through the course of this event, WNIC will provide you with an opportunity to have your BNG questions answered and to learn more on how BNG could affect you. So whether you’re an architect, developer or planner, we hope to provide the answers you need to be able to plan for this upcoming change.

We look forward to seeing you there!
